About the Founder
I'm Aditi Charanji, Founder and Principal of Athena One Advisory.
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of commercial leadership, technology and, more recently, defence and security. Over the last two decades, I've led businesses, transformation programmes and strategic partnerships, with 13 years in Big Tech where I held responsibility for commercial performance at scale.
That experience taught me an important lesson: lasting transformation rarely starts with technology.
The organisations that thrive are those that empower their people, continuously improve their processes and apply technology with discipline and purpose. When those three elements move together, businesses become more efficient, more productive and more resilient.
I founded Athena One to bring that philosophy to the UK defence sector — helping organisations strengthen the foundations of their business, build lasting capability and contribute to a stronger industrial base.
