I'm Aditi Charanji, Founder and Principal of Athena One.

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of commercial leadership, technology and defence, leading businesses, transformation programmes and strategic partnerships across technology, consumer and aerospace & defence. Over 13 years in Big Tech, I held responsibility for commercial performance at scale and worked with organisations navigating complex growth and transformation.

That experience shaped how I think about transformation: it rarely starts with technology. It starts with the organisation.

The strongest businesses are those that empower their people, continually improve how work gets done and apply technology with discipline and purpose. When those elements work together, organisations become more productive, more efficient and better able to adapt and scale.

I founded Athena One to bring that experience to the UK defence industrial base: helping organisations strengthen how they operate, make better use of technology and build the capability to perform and grow in a more demanding environment.

Alongside client work, I contribute to the wider conversation on defence, technology, industrial strategy, and diverse leadership in the tech sector through speaking, writing and industry engagement.
